Clive & Jane
Clive and Jane's elopement took place on the beautiful and secluded Burgh Island.
It was a gorgeous hot day in Devon for them. Elopement's really make me feel a part of the wedding as i get to have more one to one time with them and so it becomes much more personal. I got to know them so well, they even managed to get myself in a photo!
Jane and Clive's style for the day was so creative, i loved it! Jane has a love for skulls and crowns and incorporated that stylishly throughout.
The couple both decided to get ready apart from each other, just a room away which was very sweet. Clive slowly got ready and continued rehearsing his personal vows to Jane.
The couple got married in 'The Captain's Cabin' an intimate and historic looking part of the hotel.
After the ceremony the couple enjoyed some champagne with the hotel's event organisers and myself, along with some wedding cake! I have the best job...
For those of you who are 'Friends' Fanatics...I just loved when my bride quoted Joey as the Ministainer. With the hat (crown on her cake) on straight for the ceremony and to the side for the party!
I took the couple around the grounds of Burgh, which offers so many different back drops. We shot in the couples private garden and along the cliff tops.
Quick change into evening attire and we continued to photograph in the ballroom, where they would later dine.
